The following information may help you resolve emailing problems.
u Firewall protection installed. You may experience connectivity problems for certain firewall configurations. If you have firewall protection software installed and are having difficulty sending an email, do the following.
u Make EasyShare software a "trusted" application in the firewall configuration.
u Temporarily disable the firewall.
u Email messages are not received. Some Internet Service Providers limit the size of attachments that can be sent and received. For example, emails 2 MB and larger may be blocked or the attachments stripped. Limit the number of large pictures you send at one time to ensure the message is delivered. The estimated email size is shown in the Picture file size section.
u Cannot connect to the server. If you receive an error message that you cannot connect to the server, make sure you are connected to the Internet and have reconfigured your firewall software to allow EasyShare software to send mail.
NOTE: Processing email requests is subject to the number of email requests received at any given time. If you are connected to the Internet and are still having a problem, wait a few minutes and then try sending your email again.
